HORRIBLE COMPANY! They will place your account on "Security review" for anything! I changed my phone number they placed a security review on my account and held the 2 payments I received from a client. I had to provide the service with no verification of payment. If you ask for a supervisor, they will tell you one will call you back in 2 days!!!! We are closing our account with Square and going to another provider. DON'T USE THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SUCCESS OF YOUR COMPANY!Look at their response… 4 MONTHS LATER! You responding 4 months later tells everyone everything they need to see. Again, HORRIBLE company, find a different provider, don’t use Square!
