I am deeply disappointed with Square Inc.'s handling of my situation. My business was recently a victim of identity theft, resulting in fraudulent activity. Instead of assisting me during this challenging time, Square has unjustly withheld deposits from my business account, placing the burden of the fraud squarely on my shoulders.As a small business owner, these withheld funds are crucial for my operations, and Square's refusal to release them has caused significant financial strain. Despite providing all necessary documentation to prove the fraud, Square has shown no empathy or willingness to resolve the issue fairly.I urge other business owners to be cautious when considering Square for their payment processing needs. Their lack of support and unjust business practices in the face of fraud is unacceptable. Choose a company that values and supports its customers, especially in times of need. Square Inc. has proven to be anything but that.
