I was new to Square, I had a transaction from a customer done and waiting to get the payment transferred to my Bank when I received an email stating that my account was currently deactivated. No explanation as to why and what needs to be done to get it fixed. I called the support team and was told sorry there is nothing they can do and again no explanation as to why. I had to refund the money and find another POS.
