Square started off great and I use them for my current restaurant but when I opened another business recently and started setting everything up, square deactivated my account after my first payroll. When I tried calling support they would not connect me because they associated my phone number with the deactivated account so I had to call from a second phone that was not associated with my account. Once I got a hold of account services they told me they were not allowed to tell me why my account was deactivated but that it was a final decision and that there was nothing they could do to reverse it. They didn’t care that I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and use them for my other business. To me this was extremely bad business on their part and gave me a really bad taste in my mouth. I recommend no one does business with square until they get their act together. 😡😡
