Unfortunately this company is useless unless you’re a physical goods merchant. The payment processor is reliable and trustworthy, as they are very loyal to their sellers unlike stripe and PayPal which is why I want to use them, however the price is not worth it. When selling digital products, you have to manually send them the digital link after they purchase and that is not sustainable. I was just on the phone for over an hour to see what I can do to automate my business and they can’t do it. This will be the second feature request put in but those are useless too. It’s also $30 a month just for BASIC features, and everything else they offer to make your life SLIGHTLY easier is an exuberant extra fee - and even then you’re still having to work harder instead of smarter because of how difficult the technical work around is. You’re also going to be calling every week and being on the phone for atleast an hour, if not 4, for minor issues and questions that are automatically added into other platforms like beacons - just to be told it’s not possible. You’ll be transferred to about 4 or more different reps who are very kind, but have no idea how to answer your question. And when you DO finally get a rep that answers the question for you, it’s a simple yes or no that could have been given by the first person. It really sucks that square is not up to par, considering the amount of money they charge to use them, because PayPal and stripe are NOTORIOUS for lack of loyalty, trust and security with their sellers. I wouldn’t recommend them either. Square is the only decent processor that can be used for seller safety, but they are absolutely useless in terms of what can be done with your online site. You can’t even integrate square with anything else because god forbid paying over $100 a month for atleast 3 add ons like basic website building (that is impossible to understand) and 500 (counted per email sent to customer) marketing emails a month is made simple. If you don’t want the extra headache, avoid at all costs. Not worth it
