The system is easy to use. But what I dislike is the hardware and how it loses connection to the WiFi and the system itself. I have complete internet service when suddenly I’m having reader issues or internet is down. It’s annoying when we are busy. Yes the of line system sometimes works. But it constantly asks if I want to go off line. I currently lost 3 transactions that were no processed. Money is money no matter how small or large the transactions are. I’ve had issues before but never lost any transactions till today.
