Square user BEWARE! This company will not work with you to resolve issues with funds being released or return to customer. My customer issued $15,000 via credit card in error and I immediately requested a refund. Square charged me $500 and withdrew from my deleted account with five hour e-mailed notice. Square was quick to charge me but has only refunded one of the payments to my customer six days later. Square will not work with you to resolve issues and has extremely poor customer service. I will no longer use square. They will loose more money of future business than they gained by ripping me off.
