Called customer service to get assistance in logging I you the app. The agent told me multiple times that I need to call back to speak to someone rather than transfer me. I had to spell my name 6 times and he still didn’t get the verification right. This was 45 minutes of my life I will not get back as well as no resolution with my original concern
