Worst customer service ever. Over 1hr to change a phone number and still not successful! I need my info for tax time! This company is the worst and I will not be using then for any of my needs going forward! What a joke!Update: after 4hrs I got my number changed and was able to file a complaint...funny thing is, as soon as I filed the complaint, they suspended my account! Luckily they have none of my money and I can just walk away, unlike so many other people who reviews show Square had a habit of suspension and holding money because the simply desire to do so, or in my case out of retribution. Once again, I am thankful I got my tax forms amd they have no money of mine, but that said, 4hrs of my life is gone and now I will be finding a better service provider for my credit card processing needs! Lots of options in this arena, so my advice be careful who you do business with especially when a company conducts business like this!
