I created an account for my business and went through verification and also provided my ein for my LLC. I processed over 200 payments with not 1 charge back but Square suspended my account multiple times asking for info which I provided. 3 times to be exact. I repeatedly asked why and how I can prevent it and got no answer. Then I called and the person I spoke to on the phone completely deactivated my account because i was disappointed. I received an email saying ALL my money will be held until June! I received that email 3 minutes after i spoke to the guy. I recently quit my job due to health issues and this is the way I feed my 4 daughters so now square gets to hold my.money and profit on interest and won't tell me why or any information. I really would just like my money and account closed. I switched to STRIPE and have had no issues.
