Square website engineers - the website is needlessly complex, inefficient, and not user-friendly at all... i need simple, straightforward transaction data, but it seems to be buried in the website - somewhere - while irrelevant data and meaningless comparisons populate pages... i searched and searched for the data i needed in a custom report, but i was not allowed to access it except in a CSV download that didn't meet my needs at all... very, VERY frustrating... the help function? useless in so many respects... okay, that's pretty damning, but not the whole picture - using the square readers is convenient for my customers as an at-the-door POS system; pretty simple and quick, helping my vendors, customers, and me... when i accessed phone support, the assistant was patient, helped me understand what was happening and how things worked, and helped me set up teams for greater security... so, while i find the website endlessly frustrating, the concept and the call center staff were good.
