Managment would not even talk to me!!! I called in reference to a transfer that hadn't been processed yet. They informed me that they were waiting for information on a transaction that was made 3 months prior.They had sent me an email about needing the info and I had responded within 6.5 hours that their site wouldn't allow me to put the info in. I got no response!!! 3 months later I have $1500 in transactions held up and not being transferred. So I called and they informed me it was because they need this info on this certain transaction. I tried to get in to fill out the info again and this time it worked but a manager wouldn't even take my call. Still my transfer is in limbo because I have to wait for their slow team to process the information.If you are not independently wealthy and actually depend on your transfers for your company's ability to operate, I recommend using a different CC processing service.
