Square customer service staff has always been great. Square WAS my favorite for my appointments and selling retail. Even the website was acceptable. Now I am being charged for everything. All of the prices went up for square services including card processing fees. Services that were previously free such as syncing my appointment calendar to my Google calendar. Which doesn’t cost Square anything to sync those. Square had record profits and is now nickel and diming its users to death. I know every e-commerce tool has gotten worse.. the fact that many of us have been with square for over a decade and this is how we are rewarded?? Square is greedy and if you can find other companies that give a care about their users go there. And if you would let the rest of us know too, thanks!
