The representatives I spoke with tried their best to resolve my issue. They eventually did I had transactions on Dec 21st. Two transactions were held for 2-4 days. for security reasons (higher than normal sales). After answering squares 20 security issues questions, square said they would release the funds. It did not happen. I had to call twice. after the second call and a few hours , funds were finally transferred in my account on Jan 8th.
