For the current situation, we have got in touch with Square support and have got the same answer for the issue - that they cannot hold the amount until and unless we get our product returned with all its original invoices and certificates of high-value goods. Which is not fair in any case.2nd Answer:- The temporary hold has been made after more than half the payment has been given to the buyer - when they already have the product with certificates.
