First contact with them was poor. Tried to reach sales after giving all my info to the first level. Don't think either person was from the states. English did not seem to be their primary language. Was transferred to the wrong dept. The wrong department just kept me on hold. Hung up and called back. Went through whole thing again. I was transferred to credit card sales under 250k when I need to go to 250k or above for custom rate. Was transferred to another person who took all my info again then stated he would send me over to sales. an hour of my time going in circles. The sales person I spoke to was given all the wrong information about my business. This service level is the same as quick books. Quickbooks has horrendous customer service if you can even call it that. I don't think any of the customer service speak English as their primary language making it very difficult to communicate. Quickbooks also does a very poor job representing you in credit card disputes. Was looking for an efficient solution.
