I closed an old account and opened a new one while starting a new business. They have frozen my account, are holding all money from new transactions and have asked for unusually personal information like full access to my bank account. The questions they are asking are personal. They are not in a hurry to resolve it. I had terrible customer service with what sounded like a young girl who could not pronounce English. bad reception. etc.
