Horrible customer service. I am still waiting over a week for them to release my money. $714 of my money they have refused me access to. They believe I own the entire Hempz company simply because I requested to sell CBD products through square. They have not returned my emails or messages as of last Friday and it is going on 1pm Monday. No “I’m sorry” or “we’ll get this taken care of” nothing. I’m horrible upset as this is my grocery and Christmas money. And only source of income.
