Square!? Crook is more accurate. Received an E-bill, $10K. Paid. Seller made a mistake in generating the bill = being charged 3% service fee by Square, an honest mistake by a newbie. OK. Fine. Send another E-bill, I'll pay it - end of story.Instead, blah, blah, blah... the guy didn't know... this and that... whatever!@#$%?This is the atrocious part! Contacted Square via phone > redirected to web.help.page > chat link; except, there is no one but bots! Round and round of the hamster wheel, "We will contact you, usually in less than 5 minutes." Naturally, No one call!@#$%? During these hamster wheel loops, some of the bots made typo errors!@#$%? Do bots capable of doing that, making typo errors, "... better help, yo need to..." but not in another sentence!Is Square hiring sub-minimum wage, prison-forced labor workers to act like bots for its call center!?Not in jail. Don't need a sub-minimum wage forced labor job, but isn't that territory belong county sheriff already!?Inventing new ways to avoid providing customer service. Is there a sub-zero rating for a co. that stooped below whale sh.t in the bottom of the ocean?
