Super unreliable service for businesses that need a system that works with support available when bugs arise. Remarkably terrible customer support. No human support. After finding a phone number on their website I called it, then was forced to communicate only via a text app with someone who was agonizingly slow in responding. Still waiting around for them to begin responding to my question precluding me from being able to take payment. They don't seem to understand when businesses rely on them for payment it does not work to spend endless hours texting with them someone somewhere on the planet that does not even understand my issue with not being able to take payment. They don't seem to get the urgency and importance of a payment system to a business.
