Upon signing up for Square he said that money would be available same day which I know is usually not the case usually around two business days. Upon depositing or taking a payment for $2500 was told it was put on hold. Had to verify identity. Upon to verify my identity spoke to customer service. It was very very unprofessional and not accommodating at all. Went on to tell me that some of the information I provided was as their policy states incomplete or fraudulent. They deactivated my account and told me that my 2500 bucks would be put on hold for a period of three months. Basically stealing somebody’s money for profit when they’ve not even provided a service to me that is against the law first and foremost is the worst policy I’ve ever heard of upon doing everything that they stated they deactivated my account. Where is the cyber crime unit that gets involved
