Despite adhering to their guidance, my account was unexpectedly deactivated, causing significant disruption and financial impact on my business. Efforts to resolve this issue through Square’s support channels have been fruitless, leaving me with unresolved grievances and a lack of trust in their services. This review is to caution other users about my experience and to highlight the need for consistent and reliable customer support in financial services, which Square failed to provide in my case.
