This review would be BLOCKED if I could use the real words to describe square ....X*!XJ###!!First, I've been a visa, mastercard, amex, discover MERCHANT since 1988 through Bank of America and FirstData (now Fiserv).So I KNOW how to process credit card transactions for more than 35 years ...I decided to give square a try since their rate was lower than what I'm paying through Clover mobile app.There are NO WORDS to describe how PAINFUL it was to try to go through their 4 step application process ... but I'll try without swearing ... !!@(^*(!1. The company has MORONS for customer service. They are totally incompetent and obviously very poorly trained as I spoke to FOUR of them consecutively to try to get my new account issues... "squared away" (LOL).2. You should know that all of their customer "service" is outsourced to foreign countries and NOBODY speaks "clear English".3. With the last customer service rep ("Wendy") ... I got so frussssssssssssssstrated I demanded to be transferred to either "tech support" or her "supervisor/manager."She would do ... NEITHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!4. No fricken way in HELL that I would trust square with THOUSANDS of dollars of MY MONEY in credit card transactions ...So looks like I'm sticking with Bank of America/ Clover/ Fiserv.YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ABOUT SQUARE!
