I can't believe that Square support is so terrible. My integration with Doordash has been down for 3 weeks now and I can't get a Square engineer to take a seriously look at it. They say they only communicate via email, but they only answer 1 email per day and it's always some nonsense to try and blame Doordash. Doordash is ready to talk to them, but they won't communicate with Doordash at all. So frustrating.Response to Reply: Why would I start over with the general support line that you referred me to? I've wasted so many hours talking to them already. They can't help. They won't even create a trouble ticket for escalation. I wish I could lower my review to half a star
