Even been allowed to perform our business activities under the US Department of Commerce regulations the USA Merchants providers are not allowing businesses like mine to use their services and they don't even provide a reasonable reason of why. If they see the name of Cuba somewhere, that's enough reason to stop doing businesses without even knowing the government regulations or applying them. In around 1 year we never had a problem with charges back, with complaints to them from out clients, nothing. Everything was smooth during that time.
