I would give a 0 if I could. The company closed my account without explanation or notification. I am new to their payment services as I have a fairly new business. I had payments received from current clients sitting there that I could not transfer out. They did not provide an explanation and would not allow me to speak with a supervisor or any other higher team. They said I would get my money in the account, but it will take 90 days. The system allowed me to refund the customer their payment for services but that will still take some time for them to receive. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to Customer Service.
