Although my issue was resolved, and the rep was really helpful, trying to get a person to talk to was almost impossible. The chats online were automated, so my issue could not be taken care of. The phone number would tell me to stay on the line for a customer service representative, but then would say I would receive a text shortly to help solve my issue, then would disconnect the phone call. Email response took longer than the 24-48 hours listed. I was finally about to get a person through the automated chat on day 2 of trying, I really do not even know how. Please provide a phone number or live person chat so issues can be resolved quickly. I am very thankful for the person that I was finally able to talk to, and their fast assistance. Overall, I was very disappointed with how difficult it was to get the rep on the chat.
