UPDATE: I still have not heard back from Square regarding this issue. I've been told multiple times that they would get back to me once they know more but it has been weeks and I still have not received an update. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've been trying to resolve the same issue for the last WEEK and have been transferred multiple times. Each time, i'm asked to describe the issue and i'm sent a list of the same questions. They do not send transcripts of your previous conversations so I have to do the same thing over and over just to get transferred to another person and then do it all again. HORRIBLE customer service
