Great service, but high cost,and added hurtles.

Square service people are truly amazing. A pleasure to work with . The first 3 days I was able to call support and get help to setup and understand the system. Then they wanted me to get a code! A nother hurtle to clear to get help. Not good for me a 68 year old low technical individual. I was never happy about the fees and transaction charges. I considered and went with requesting my customers help by paying a surcharge on my $10 & $15 t-shirts.. Visa says highest surcharge has to be 3% or lower. So I didn't fee good about the 2.6+.10 fees that add up to over 3%. The I did a sell to myself of a $15 t-shirt to see how it would work. The surcharge was add to the purchase. However the sales tax were no added. So I felt I needed to cancel or refund the sale. Square charged me .50 (3.22%) to refund that purchase. I was done when this happened! I also tried 5-7 ti.es to Deactivate my account without success. I finally told them I wouldn't put up with my the deactivation of my account be prevented and would fight to win if I had to fight with Square. The next time I tried to Deactivate the account I was successful. I want to sell my t-shirts cheap to get the message on them out to bring praise and glory to God who has taken me from homeless to owning 10 beautiful wooded acres about 2 miles from the Suwannee River and a life of completely debt free living including my 2020 Kia Soul. I am going to try cash and check sales for my $10 & $15 t-shirt sales. I am no t doing this for money! I am doing this for God. I owe Him everything!
