If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been fighting to get my money since April of last year. I have literally called everyday, to only get told that they are escalating my case to the next department, that department tells me someone will contact me in 24-48 hours I have yet to receive a phone call or an email. $3,000 is alit of money to just give away. All I want is my funds not to get lied too or told they aren’t obligated to answer my questions about my money. Yeah fill this out wait for this person or department to contact me same thing I've been dealing with. Look you are a big company I worked hard for that $3,000. My child die and I could really use this money to pay for his funeral. PLEASE IM A WIDOWED MOM OF 5 KIDS
