A few years back Sqaure used to really care about their customers. If by providing protection against disputes from scammers or just an amazing all around customer service experience. Unfortunately this is not the case any more. Terrible customer service. They don’t seem to care about the satisfaction of their customers. We will be leaving and looking for another provider. Before you get into them- know- they will not care about you once you are in, so better to not even start. Do yourself a favor- find another provider that will charge less and care more.
