This was my first purchase with them--a coat for my daughter for Christmas. I realized I hadn't gotten tracking info and was a little nervous. I reached out to them and got a quick reply back from a real person. They apologized and provided me with an update on the jacket and even checked back to make sure everything was okay. That kind of customer TLC is invaluable.
There was a shipping issue. I did not receive my package until 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. However customer service was very helpful after I contacted them. They were able to locate my package and get it on it's way again. I will definitely shop here again. The product I purchased was half the price I saw anywhere else.
Awesome customer service, original shipment had issues getting to me so I reached out to them and they figured out the issue and put another one of what I ordered on reserve just in case they needed to ship it out again which they ended up having to do but this time they used a quicker shipping service and so got it within a few days!
Did a great job at a good price. Items came from England so it took a little while. (Maybe 2 weeks) Worth the wait. No tax. They sent me multiple emails to let me know the progress of my order. Couldn't be happier. Will buy from them again.
