Review Time
If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband made an account and had customers deposit money. They charged so much money to transfer funds and then shut his account off. This was a week and a half ago. They still have all the money that was in that account and have not released any funds to him. We have called customer support several times and no one will do a thing about it. This is 4500 dollars they took from us and won’t give an explanation as to why they can’t help and they keep saying they are processing the money back. These customers can’t even receive a refund square won’t even give it back to the original place it came from. We are still waiting on almost 5 thousand dollars and here we are 10 days later.
It took four customer service agents, four emails, and lashing out to get one thing done in two weeks. All I wanted was to change my phone number for my second verification code. I am shocked and appalled at how they handle their customer’s issues. I pray I never need them any time soon because it was the worst experience ever and they need to do better.
I have used ESET as my virus protection on all my PCs and laptops. While using this product for about over a decade, I have never experienced any problems with my devices. Renewal is usually on autopay but this year, I had to change the number of devices...it was easy!
In my years before using ESET, no matter how careful I was, I would occasionally have to get another computer, due to a contaminated hard drive. With ESET in place, I don't worry about the world of hackers. The way that I see it, ESET doesn't COST me money; it SAVES me money, downtime, and stress!
Eset is one of the few anti-virus programs that works in the back ground and you really don't even know. It is light, VERY good at finding things and is something you should *definitely* have on your Windows machine!!!Recently, eset changed the way their management system works - and I find it working worse than before - that said, it is still a great system!
