I have enjoyed the features of square and Using invoices and the website. I do think the text messaging and text message. Marketing are a bit higher price especially since I don’t send out as many text messages. I keep the feature for when I do pop ups and flash sales
All systems have ups and downs but we've always experienced help with problems, honesty in explanation, and consistency of service with Square. We love using our Square register, contactless reader when we need it or for our studio members to check out, and our terminal for busier days. The tech is good, web integration works well for us. Square sees small business owners as customers but also as people. The online community is a useful and unique tool for Square users to talk to other small business owners and ask questions and get help peer to peer.

Ive been with Square for over 10 years. Currently I use APPOINTMENTS, INVOICES, MEMBERSHIPS and RETAIL. It makes it simple to have everything on one dashboard. I like the analytics, the inventory management and schedule management. There are a few changes I’d make but overall the product works well for my esthetics studio. A few pros are taking payment direct from your phone and tap to pay. Seeing my schedule in real time with the Google calendar sync. New clients can find and book my services with the Square Go app— this is my favorite Square product. Cons- pricing can get expensive the more add-ons you get. They change the interface a lot and I have to figure out where the reports or payments or invoices are now categorized. Overall, I’m Square for life. I’ve tried other booking/payment processors and none work for me like Square does.
