My experience has been really rough! I ordered a total of 18 items and this included 4 different shirt sizes and hats that were supposed to be the same logo on everything. It took weeks going back and forth on each shirt size and hat trying to get them to put the exact shame logo with the same colors on all items!Then once printed and mailed it was screen printed instead of embroidered.I called customer care and they had me e-mail them pictures of all the items. I need them to be redone or refunded! Not sure what they will do if anything!
The pens were printed correctly with the logo. They write well. The color of the pen was better than expected. The order was 5 pens short. I contacted pens.com and spoke with a person who said that 10 pens will be sent to me. I told the person again that the order was short by ONLY 5 pens, not 10. The person said that she has to order 10. Now my order is complete. Thank you!
