Had a lovely chat with the lady - she was extremely helpful and explained what would happen - everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. I have been with Parksure for 19 years and have only contacted them a few times and each time have had a good experience.

Barb was a fantastic administrator explaining questions re policy wording very clearly and simply.I have been with them for many years and wouldn’t consider any other company.I have only ever had 1 small claim and they were fantastic at sorting things out quickly.

Just having received a renewal notice I rang Parksure to enquire about the premium which seemed a bit high. A very comprehension and realistic explanation was given by a most helpful member of staff. I had thought that the higher premium was because of making a claim last year after a 'bathroom emergency'. Clearly that was not the case. When making that claim I had the most amazingly good service. Helpful, speedy and most efficient. Because of this I was very happy to renew the policy believing that 'you get what you pay for'! Thank you Parksure for the piece of mind that if ever I need help you will be there for me.
I was asking whether we were insured if a neighbours tree was to fall onto our mobile home. I spoke to Barb and she assured me that whatever the circumstances were, we would be covered. She was very clear and polite. We have been covered by Parksure from purchasing our home 13 years ago.
