End of an era.

The clothing products themselves are great although they do run about small so usually I'm an XL for shirts and hoodies but with Superdry they need to be XXL to fit properly. Their pants and sweatpants seem to be true to size for the most part although that isn't the issue. Their customer service and shipping is absolutely abysmal. Some of the worse I've ever dealt with. When you order there is no possibility to change, amend or cancel your order at all even if you do it less than 5 minutes after you place the order (This is completely unacceptable) not to mention their customer service seems to not care at all or listen to any issues or concerns and on top of all of this I had an order that ordered and I clicked the correct sizes for me but for some reason it checked out as XL for the sweatpants and XL for the hoodie and I needed XL for the sweatpants and XXL for the hoodie. I noticed the hoodie was incorrect immediately and tried to amend my order only to learn this is impossible. So I tried to contact customer service for help and guidance on that matter and it was absolutely sub par. They directed me to send back the hoodie that was the incorrect size and exchange it for the correct size ON MY DIME... making me feel like it was my fault this had happened and having to pay for their error. So I waited almost 2 weeks for the order to finally show up in the mean time ordering the same hoodie in the correct size so that I wouldn't have to wait a month to finally get the exchanged product. I decided when the order found it's way to me to instead of returning for a refund to just return and exchange the hoodie for the correct size in a different color as I had already ordered the size and color that I had originally tried to order in a separate order but of course I send it back and they notify me my exchange is on the way... FANTASTIC! Only to learn it's in the correct size but.... Of course the wrong color not to mention it has yet to even get to me nor does my other order. At this rate I just feel like it's not worth shopping with Superdry or giving them my business at all. It's really unfortunate because I appreciate the quality of the products and enjoy them alot but the customer service and shipping I just don't think is worth the headache. Hopefully they get their customer service and shipping worked out for the customers that decide to stick with them but unfortunately I fear they have lost my business.

Square has destroyed Weebly…

Square has taken an excellent Weebly web building tool and made it impossible to use, and designed it almost exclusively for sales tools which I have zero use for. There is no commonality between the old and the new which makes rebuilding a site and using parts of an old in a new format IMPOSSIBLE - wasting time and expending unnecessary effort.

After my account was deactivated

After my account was deactivated, I received an email stating there would be a 90 day hold on my funds. However its now been over 7 months and I still haven't received my money. I've tried reaching out to their support team multiple times via email and phone but I haven't received any help depsite pre written emails. I feel like they stole my funds and will also stole your so stay away from square.

Square sucks

Square sucks. Tried to set up my business, they jerked me around for two weeks, called them, they still lied about my account. Don’t use them, there are better services out there.
