Had A terrible experience with square they hold all of my funds and after 90 days I can see my funds on my account but they are not un holding that and agent keep giving me case number and case escalation but no one able to resolve my case they kept telling me lie or its a scam
Managment would not even talk to me!!! I called in reference to a transfer that hadn't been processed yet. They informed me that they were waiting for information on a transaction that was made 3 months prior.They had sent me an email about needing the info and I had responded within 6.5 hours that their site wouldn't allow me to put the info in. I got no response!!! 3 months later I have $1500 in transactions held up and not being transferred. So I called and they informed me it was because they need this info on this certain transaction. I tried to get in to fill out the info again and this time it worked but a manager wouldn't even take my call. Still my transfer is in limbo because I have to wait for their slow team to process the information.If you are not independently wealthy and actually depend on your transfers for your company's ability to operate, I recommend using a different CC processing service.
This is my second consecutive order with shipping issues where my package never got delivered and somehow got returned back to Superdry. Each time I was promptly refunded which is a good thing, but there was no explanation as to why the shipping went awry each time I contacted customer service. I’ve been shopping at Superdry for years and never had any issues until now. I’m not sure what is happening recently with the weird shipping issue. I’m very disappointed.
I never received the vest that I purchased after waiting over two weeks to receive my purchase. Instead, it was returned to the company and my card was refunded. The worst part of the experience was I actually needed the vest for an upcoming trip.
