I LOVE the coat BUT the zipper broke…

I LOVE the coat BUT the zipper broke the second time I wore it and I had to spend $$ to repair it. Once it was fixed it did a great job keeping me warm on a January trip to Iceland. Also note the sizing is very oversized (which I don’t mind). I’m a 10/12 usually and for the 10. Could have easily done the 8 though.

Worst customer service and company

Worst customer service and company that I've ever dealt with. As a business owner, you deal with a lot of different companies and this is by far the worst company for POS systems. When you have any issues with their software and online program they are impossible to talk to and then put you on hold just to tell you that it is your fault and you need to contact google, apple, or other businesses to fix their problem. Do not use for any reason. I have 3 of my companies with them currently but I will be canceling my service with all of them.

Small businesses beware

They recently changed their payment plans and the cheapest is $350 per year. I have been using square for years as a small business but will have to switch to something else because I simply cannot afford that and their free plan is laughable. After they just charged me $100 last month to renew my domain? I am absolutely furious and I feel so ripped off. Do better Square.
