If I could give this company zero stars, I would . the only reason I gave a one star is because that’s the only option I had. I borrowed money in July 2025 paid over $300 every two weeks the dollar amount that I borrowed was 5000. To pay off this loan today would be over $4800. I’m not sure how anyone can pay these loans off and said term. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Interactions with the customer support were satisfactory, and navigating the initial loan process along with the personal web page was straightforward. However, the main concern was the minimal amount that went towards the loan repayment compared to the substantial interest and fees incurred. Without the ability to pay off $2500 in 5 or 6 months, it would have taken years to settle the debt. This feels quite like predatory lending.
