When I found USA Book promoters online, it wasn't my first rodeo with publishing and self-publishing. I had a new manuscript assembled and I wanted to have this book edited and published correctly. So, I reached out them and worked with Jennifer who accepted the manuscript, and USA Book Promoters edited, and published my book exactly as they said they would, they also created a very nice book cover which I am very proud of. They completed all of the work with my input as well. My book is now on Amazon and Barnes and Noble websites. There is some caveats, USA Book Promoters, is a hybrid publisher, it does have costs. USA did offer additional services. But they did not force the issue when I refused the extra service. The initial cost was very reasonable, especially because they formatted and worked with Amazon and Barnes and Noble to get the book on their platforms. I've done by myself, once or twice. But was easier and more cost effective for me to work with USA, to complete, the editing, formatting, book cover and platform uploads. I'm very happy with what they did, and they will see me as a return customer.
