From the initial contact until the install, we had informative contact with several people. All questions were answered but some times we didn’t get call backs. The install was quick and timely. Friendly people to work with. We have now tried many times and many different phone numbers to contact anyone to assist with getting the rebates that have been promised. We need copies of the billing for the panels to give to ComEd. We need to know that they have applied to the state and federal. Very disappointed after being promised so many things that haven’t happened. We have found no way to contact anyone in the company. Many phone numbers but no answers.
