Really wish I would have shopped around and read more of their reviews. They where very quick to get my signature on all paper work needed. Showed up and installed panels knowing that power company needed to upgrade my service. Set panels and said the would be back in 2 weeks. Got a call on a Friday saying they would be there on Monday so I took the day off and waited because they said I had to be there. No show and no call. I emailed ,text ,and called with no reply. Finally at 7:30pm that night I got a call from contractor saying they didn't have the right part and would be here Wednesday. this was in August. I have emailed and called all numbers that i have with no reply.The lending company is taking there payment already and still no solar. Communication SUCKS.Update after leaving this negative review i was not surprised to get multiple people. This was on or close to the day after review. Crew finally showed informed me they did not need me there all work would be outside. 5 Stars for the contractor very professional. I even told them i would back-fill the trench with my loader so they didn't have to with their little trencher. they thanked me and i left for the day to go work. When i returned home everthing looked nice and complete. little touch up on the trench and good to go.now over another month later WE are waiting on placards. These "special placards" were ordered 11/22. I'm guessing Santa's elves are making them and the big guy will leave them in my stocking. as I wait I pay electric bill and solar bill both about same price. not saving money in 2023UPDATE 2/14/2024 communications have become silent.Dozen of attempts have been made with no answers. 10 months sense the sales person talked us into this contract costing thousands with 000 savings or returns so far. its been a nightmare from the beginning I wish i could just get a refund and forget about all of it.
