That was the rudest customer service ever! I was shocked to read all the positive reviews. I never completed my application & hit submit, when I read there was an application fee. Yet this RUDE man called. He was fervent in his approach. When I tried to interrupt his spiel for an appropriate question, allowing him to catch his breath - I was screamed at “its rude to interrupt”. Then the line went dead.
