Absolutely disgusted with this company.I am currently disputing the transaction with these people through my bank because they refuse to refund me, when I have not even availed of their services. I have done a consultation to see if I am eligible and have paid. I have NOT sent in any documents, nothing has even started. So why would they refuse to refund me? They tried to charge my bank 3 times and the customer service is appalling. Amelia is the most disrespectful, rude and ignorant person I have come across in my life. Stay FAR away from these people.
