Paid for two day shipping on an item, nearly two months later item has still not arrived. USA Kilts tried to blame the postal service but won’t own up to their shipping mistake which they charged me $25 for. They have failed to re-send item and failed to refund money. They have failed to respond to multiple requests to resolve the matter. They have failed to live up to the customer service guarantee.
