When we first bought an engine from them it arrived pretty quickly. But when we took a look at the motor we tried to turn it over but it didn’t budge so we knew that it was seized up. We called them and got with someone who was a great help to us. We requested a replacement motor since it was still under warranty and they needed to talk to a manager about it which was fine with us. When he got back to us he said that he could send us another engine and that he would In touch with us.We greatly appreciated the amount of help that we received from them. They were giving updates on the progress of the engine in the warehouse and even when it was shipping. When the motor arrived we were told that we could use anything that we needed off the first engine. Which that has proven very helpful.
