Engine arrived with no plugs in cylinder holes with rust and dirt inside engine so my mechanic refused to waste money to install. I immediately requested return shipping based on their hassle free return but after 4 times I never received information to return. I then disputed charge on credit card as the 30 day return window was closing. Merchant fabricated communication, drawing out the 60 day dispute window. I was on the phone with cc company for hours and cc company was finally able to extract return ship address but with 3 days left in dispute window it was too late. Would have had to pay an additional $500 (on top of the original charge) to send it back and merchant already refused to return any money. Save yourself the heartache and avoid this company that scams people. I’m now stuck with an unusable garbage motor.
