What made my experience great was patience displayed time and time again throughout the entire process. June and Aston went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met and that everything was to my liking. For me, one of the steps that took a great deal of time was the the book covers. There was a lot of back and forth which was my fault, not theirs. With that said, they were extremely patient with me in making sure that the images were exactly the way I wanted while still considering the look and feel of how a book cover is supposed to be. On top of that, they were very open and communicative about what was going on and why. At no point did I feel like things were being done without my say so or days at a time would go by without any word from them. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get into the writing world.
