I have talked to two people there and both very kind and explained just what I was purchasing for my car. My car was purchased in 2011 but is very low milage and though it has never had major problems and has been well taken care of, it will have problems sooner or later. That is a given and I will be glad I have this policy. My sincere thanks to this company.
